Tiffany + Barry | Wedding

April 26, 2010

Recently I photographed Tiffany + Barry's wedding in ATL. It was a warm and sunny day in the park, and a great day for love and smiles. Tiffany + Barry had a special connection with each other and an infectious laughter that spread to their family and friends throughout the day. I even caught it a few times. Barry kept his bride smiling and buzzing with joy. Every once in a while he would whisper something in her ear and she would just bust out laughing. That's what I love to see. Moments like that show the true meaning of the wedding day. It's not just the exchange of rings, but the simple way the bride responds to her groom. Simply love. Oh and I have to give props to Barry for surprising Tiffany by singing his vows to her during the ceremony. Not a dry eye in sight. Sweet moment.

During the ceremony I was so moved by this moment that I decided to switch my DSLR into HDV mode and capture the scene in motion.

Congratulations Tiffany + Barry!

My son is a husband! What an honor for you to have found a woman who loves and trusts you enough to take your name and share her life with you. Your lineage is full of men who are and were great providers and husbands. I know your legacy will be the same as those men in your family. I am proud of the man you have become and look forward to Tiffany's contribution to the man you will be. Always make her laugh. I adore you both.
